Simply pull the jumbo pop pin and raise the lifting arm to a comfortable starting position. Sit down and wrap your legs over the 8-inch foam rollers and press down to perform seated leg curl exercises that will stretch and strengthen your glutes and hamstrings.
Leg Extensions
To switch the settings for leg extensions, pull the pin again to lower the lifting arm and position your legs behind the oversized rollers, then lift and extend your legs to work your quadriceps muscles.
7-Gauge Steel Cam
The Body-Solid Cam Series Leg Extension and Curl Machine allow you to quickly adjust the settings on the machine, so it's easy for multiple users in one household or many users in a club or gym to move the pads for a comfortable fit.
DuraFirm Padding
This leg extension and curl machine feature soft and durable DuraFirm padding and foam rollers that are designed to stand up to long-term heavy use and wipe clean easily. The distance from the top of the seat pad to the bottom of the foam roller measures 16 inches.
